Credit Card - Team Leader

As a Sales Manager at Financiio Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 to 10 Tele callers to achieve sales targets. Your primary duties will involve conducting cold calls to potential or existing customers, introducing them to our products or services using prepared scripts, addressing customer inquiries, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and close sales. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to future sales growth. To succeed in this role, you should have a good knowledge of Credit Card Processing, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to efficiently coordinate with clients. Candidates with prior experience in DSA, NBFCs, or Banks will be preferred for this position.
