About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, presentable and proactive Personal Secretary Female candidate to support our Managing Director/ CFO in daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, along with a basic understanding of finance and accounts . This position requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the MD & CFO. Manage daily schedules, appointments, travel plans, and meeting coordination. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-up reports. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of MD & CFO. Assist in reviewing basic financial data, MIS reports, and expense tracking. Support in managing vendor payments, reimbursements, and invoice documentation. Liaise with department heads, clients, and external partners for business meetings. Accompany MD for outstation meetings/events. Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical). Assist in research, report preparation, and drafting professional communications. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent. Preferred Qualities: Professional attitude also should be a presntable with strong interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Self-driven and proactive approach to work. 0–1 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Handle the meetings give the presentation's to the clients. Basic understanding of finance, accounts, and documentation procedures . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business information. Willingness to travel to different cities and sometime to other countries as wellfor business meetings & events.
