Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Trainee – 3D Design & Animation with a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging digital content. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to immersive design projects in 3D, animation, and interactive media. You will be working alongside our creative and technical teams to develop 3D assets, animations, and visual effects for a variety of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations for projects across different industries.
• Develop and optimize 3D assets for games, AR/VR/XR, and interactive applications.
• Assist in producing motion graphics and VFX for promotional videos.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to meet creative and technical requirements.
• Work on rendering, compositing, and post-production tasks.
• Stay updated with new tools, trends, and techniques in 3D and interactive design.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in at least one 3D software: Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic VFX techniques.
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine is an advantage.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Animation, 3D Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Game Design, or related field (final-year students can apply).

Certification or coursework in 3D design, motion graphics, or game development is a plus.

Portfolio showcasing 3D design and animation work (mandatory for application).
