Creative Production Assistant

The Creative Production Assistant position is open for individuals who are eager to join our dynamic and fast-moving team in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the creative execution involving video editing, content design, and asset management. If you are a hands-on individual with a team-player mindset, enjoy working on both short-form and long-form videos, and have the ability to take the initiative in various creative tasks, we are excited to have you on our team. Your responsibilities will include editing short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, product demos, etc., as well as assisting in long-form video edits for platforms like YouTube, interviews, podcasts (if experienced). Additionally, you will be required to design basic creatives using tools like Canva, upload and manage content on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and WordPress, maintain organized folders, ensure timely file exports, and keep assets readily available. Your support will be essential across a range of creative production tasks, so your ability to take initiative, communicate effectively, and demonstrate reliability in a flexible work environment will be crucial. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or multimedia production. Proficiency in Canva and at least one video editing tool (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, etc.) is required. A good visual sense, basic storytelling instincts, a willingness to learn quickly, and the ability to take ownership of tasks are essential. A team-first attitude along with strong time management skills are highly valued. Experience in editing long-form content like YouTube videos or interview clips would be considered a bonus.
