Creative Producer - Weddings

As a Creative Producer at 1Plus1 Studio, you will be responsible for holding the story of a wedding from the very first conversation to the final frame. At 1Plus1 Studio, we specialize in crafting emotional, cinematic, and editorial wedding visuals that have been featured in renowned publications such as Vogue, CN Traveller, and Harpers Bazaar. Your role as a Creative Lead will involve bringing a couple's personality, culture, and emotions to life through intentional storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client conversations to understand their story, mood, and aesthetic - Build the creative blueprint for each wedding - Collaborate closely with photographers and cinematographers during pre-production - Provide on-ground guidance during major events to ensure the creative flow - Shape the final films and photos alongside our editors - Maintain continuity and creative integrity from start to finish Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in creative direction, filmmaking, photography, or visual storytelling - Strong aesthetic sense and emotional intelligence - Confidence in client-facing conversations - Calm, intuitive, and collaborative approach - Passion for owning a project creatively end-to-end If you are someone who sees stories everywhere, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about shaping beautiful weddings, we would love to meet you.
