About the Role: As a Creative Producer (short form) at Wint Wealth, you will be an integral part of our Growth & Marketing team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for creating captivating content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand presence. If you have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you. Your main tasks will include brainstorming innovative ideas, managing the entire content creation process, and producing high-quality videos that engage viewers. Your responsibilities will involve researching and developing fresh concepts for podcast episodes and video series, planning and organizing shoots to meet content requirements, overseeing recordings to ensure a seamless production process, editing videos to create compelling narratives, collaborating with external partners, and analyzing audience feedback to enhance content strategy. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content output. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-5 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or podcast production, with a strong creative mindset and the ability to translate ideas into engaging content. Proficiency in video editing software, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively within a team are essential. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Some travel may be required as part of the job.
