About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design & Video Editing Manager to lead a creative team comprising Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists, and Graphic Designers.

The ideal candidate should have strong team-management skills along with hands-on expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, e-commerce creatives, and AI-based content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists, and Graphic Designers.
• Schedule, allocate, track, and update tasks based on business priorities and deadlines.
• Review creative output and ensure quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
• Train and mentor team members on design and video-editing software, workflows, and best practices.
• Create and supervise AI-generated brand films, videos, and images, particularly for D2C and e-commerce brands.
• Develop and manage Amazon A+ Content, A+ Galleries, product listing creatives, and website/e-commerce graphics.
• Handle campaign design, template creation/fixing, typography, layouts, and brand communication.
• Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and other internal teams to translate campaign requirements into effective visual content.
• Stay updated with new creative technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or creative production.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, branding, and campaign design.
• Hands-on experience creating content for D2C, e-commerce, Amazon, and other online marketplaces/websites.
• Experience using AI tools for image generation, video creation, voiceovers, and brand films.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory. Candidates must include a portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, e-commerce, and campaign work.
