We are currently seeking a Creative Lead - Digital & Visual Strategy to spearhead our digital creative endeavors. Working closely with the Client Servicing team, you will translate brand objectives into impactful social media creatives. Your role will involve providing strong creative direction to the design team, conceptualizing campaigns, and ensuring that every piece meets the highest visual and strategic standards. This position requires a proactive approach, a sense of ownership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional creative results. From refining content to mentoring designers and driving visual strategy, you will be the driving force behind connecting ideas with significant impact. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the development of visually compelling digital and social media creatives aligned with brand objectives. - Collaborating with the Client Servicing team to understand briefs, campaign goals, and brand expectations. - Providing clear creative direction and visual strategy to the design team for all digital campaigns and content. - Guiding and mentoring graphic designers to maintain quality, consistency, and innovation in all creative outputs. - Developing fresh and engaging campaign concepts and ensuring effective execution across various platforms. - Reviewing and ensuring the quality of all creative content, including visuals, copy, and layout before delivery. - Training and upskilling the creative team by providing design feedback, industry trends, and campaign insights. - Ensuring timely delivery of creative materials while upholding high design and storytelling standards. - Supporting brainstorming sessions, creative pitches, and client presentations as required. - Maintaining brand consistency across all digital content while exploring new formats and ideas. Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in digital design, creative direction, or art direction (agency experience is essential). - Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals. - Excellent knowledge of social media formats, design trends, and platform requirements. - A natural team leader capable of providing guidance and instruction effectively. - Strong coordination and communication skills to bridge the gap between design and servicing. - Familiarity with proofreading, copy review, and maintaining visual brand consistency. - Keen attention to detail, storytelling, and campaign ideation. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,
