As a Creative Head specializing in 3D & Multimedia or a Senior Graphic Designer Team Lead within the Luxury Lifestyle & Beverages industry, located in Mumbai, Nariman Point, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our premium lifestyle and beverage brand. With a minimum of 10 years of experience and a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, you will lead the design team in creating visually stunning designs that reflect exclusivity, sophistication, and premium appeal. Your key responsibilities will include providing creative leadership by mentoring the design team, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all platforms, using Maya/Blender for 3D design and visualization, and designing marketing and advertising collateral for various campaigns. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align design strategies with brand goals, conduct trend research to stay updated on luxury branding trends, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables within set timelines. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and 3D software (mandatory experience with Maya or Blender). A strong portfolio showcasing luxury branding, packaging, and high-impact visuals, coupled with experience in premium/luxury industries such as beverages, fashion, cosmetics, hospitality, or lifestyle, will be highly beneficial. Excellent English communication skills are essential for effectively articulating ideas and presenting concepts, while the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end brand environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to success.
