Role & responsibilities

Graphic & Motion Designer

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

• Create

  animated illustrations

  ,

  social media posts

  , and

  YouTube ad videos

  that align with brand style.
• Design

  posters, banners, stickers

  , and other print/digital assets.
• Edit short-form videos using

  CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects

  .
• Design clean, appealing layouts and visuals for

  web and app UI using Figma or Adobe XD

  .
• Use

  AI-powered tools

  (Runway ML, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Pika Labs, Kaiber, etc.) to enhance and speed up creative workflows.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into effective visual stories.
  
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all assets and formats.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in

  graphic design, motion design, or video ad creation

  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  animations, illustrations, and ad creatives

  .
• Proficiency in tools such as:

• Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• CapCut

  for social media video editing

• Figma or Adobe XD

  for UX/UI visual design

• AI tools

• Good understanding of
