Creative Designer

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with an exceptional eye for detail. At Launch Verse, you’ll play a key role in crafting impactful visuals across branding, digital, and print. Your job is to turn briefs into meaningful design outputs while ensuring creative quality and brand consistency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging creatives for brands, campaigns, hoardings, and marketing materials.
• Expertly edit, blend, and manipulate images to create high-impact visuals.
• Convert creative briefs into thoughtful design solutions that support brand goals.
• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and founders to bring ideas from concept to completion.
• Maintain a unified brand identity across all design formats and platforms.
• Contribute to the creation of brand assets including brochures, posters, and digital graphics.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy in all designs.
• Keep up with design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver fresh and innovative work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Designer or Creative Designer.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of layout design, color theory, typography, and storytelling through visuals.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Team-oriented approach with clear communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and strong design execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
