Creative Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Optimization (SMO):

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage daily posting, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Track and analyze performance using insights/analytics tools.

Graphic Designing:

• Create visually appealing creatives, banners, infographics, and ad graphics for social media and campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency in all designs.

Google Ads And Meta Ads Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor performance and deliver ROI-driven results.

Video Editing:

• Edit promotional videos, reels, and short ads for campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the team to create creative storytelling content.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience
• Proven experience in SMO, Meta ads, Google Ads, Graphic Design, and Video Editing.
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and ad strategies.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,123.07 - ₹30,975.20 per month
