Job Description

As a Creative Designer in the Marketing Department, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent and innovation by creating visually stunning designs for various marketing materials. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the company's visual brand identity across all touchpoints. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visually engaging designs for marketing materials such as digital advertisements, social media graphics, banners, and presentations. - Ensure brand consistency by upholding the company's visual identity in all design work. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement creative campaigns that support business objectives. - Provide innovative design solutions to effectively communicate complex messages. - Assist in product launches and marketing initiatives by designing key visuals and promotional assets. - Create basic video edits, animations, and motion graphics to enhance marketing content. - Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to projects. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Creative Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work across various mediums. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time position requiring in-person work. The company prefers candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Creative Designer.,
