As a Creative Designer with 23 years of experience, your role will involve creating high-quality static and video creatives for Facebook and Instagram ads. You should have strong skills in graphics, video editing, motion graphics, and an understanding of performance-driven creative styles. Key Responsibilities: - Design attractive static creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and social banners - Create video ads, reels, motion clips, and short promotional videos - Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing - Follow brand guidelines and deliver visually compelling creatives Performance Ad Understanding: - Make creatives optimized for CTR, engagement, and conversions - Understand Meta ad trends such as hooks, bold typography, and fast-paced edits - Improve creatives based on performance feedback Creative Strategy: - Convert concepts into engaging visuals - Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming - Maintain consistency across all design and video outputs Required Skills & Tools: Graphic Design Tools: - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Canva - Figma (for visual layouts, creative workflows) Video Editing & Motion Tools: - Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, text animations) - CapCut Desktop (for reels/short-form quick edits) - DaVinci Resolve (optional) Good to Have (Advantages): - UI/UX design understanding - Figma knowledge (for UI-style layouts, modern creative grids, web/mobile mockups) - Experience designing ads specifically for Facebook/Instagram - Understanding of UGC-style performance ads - Ability to create motion graphic ads (kinetic typography, transitions) - Basic branding understanding (colors, typography systems) Experience: - 23 years in graphic design + video editing - Agency, D2C, startup, or social media experience is a strong plus Portfolio Requirements: Please share: - Static ad creatives - Video ads/reels - Motion graphics samples (if any) - Any UI/UX or Figma layouts (optional but a big plus) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual/Temporary Contract length: 6 months Expected hours: 30 per week Work Location: In person As a Creative Designer with 23 years of experience, your role will involve creating high-quality static and video creatives for Facebook and Instagram ads.
