As an Event Management & Exhibition Stall Designer with 13 years of experience in the Event/Exhibition Industry, your role will involve creating 3D stall designs, event layouts, branding concepts, and visualizations according to client requirements. You will need to develop creative design concepts for various events, work closely with marketing, sales, and fabrication teams, prepare technical drawings, manage branding elements, and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project timelines. Additionally, you will communicate with vendors, production teams, and clients, oversee execution at venues when required, and demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as 3ds Max/SketchUp, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Key Responsibilities: - Create 3D stall designs, event layouts, branding concepts, and visualizations as per client requirements. - Develop creative design concepts for exhibitions, expos, conferences, and corporate events. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility and clarity. - Prepare technical drawings, material specifications, and detailed plans for production. - Manage branding elements such as backdrops, standees, signage, LED walls, hanging banners, etc. - Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project timelines. - Communicate with vendors, production teams, and clients for design approvals. - Oversee execution at the venue when required (basic event coordination). Qualifications Required: - 13 years of experience in event management/exhibition stall designing. - Strong proficiency in design tools: 3ds Max/SketchUp, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator. - Good understanding of fabrication materials, printing, and event production processes. - Ability to convert client briefs into workable creative designs. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality output.
