We are looking for a multi-skilled creator who can bring ideas to life through video, content, and social media.

Role Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded content creator who can help us grow our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
This role is more than just shooting and editing — it requires creativity, trend-awareness, and strong storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities Videography & Editing

• Shoot high-quality videos (reels, product showcases, renovation updates, BTS).
• Edit videos in a clean, trendy, engaging style.
• Use transitions, captions, pacing, and music effectively.

Content Strategy & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on current social media trends.
• Suggest new content ideas that can increase reach and engagement.
• Plan weekly content with the team.

Script & Caption Writing

• Write simple scripts for talking videos, reels, and transformations.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and short content lines Social Media Support
• Understand basic algorithms of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in scheduling posts when needed Brand Alignment
• Maintain Minlight’s brand style, quality, colours, and tone in all content.
• Create daily content for our ongoing projects and activities.

Requirements

• Strong videography and editing skills.
• Creative and trend-aware mindset.
• Basic scriptwriting and caption-writing ability.
• Ability to learn fast and work as part of a team.

Editing Laptop (Preferred)

Having your own editing laptop is preferred, as it will help you work faster and more efficiently.

Experience

• 1–3 years preferred.
• Skilled freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,944.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
