CRE (Customer Relationship Executive)

Job description:

• Handle patient enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and ensure a positive experience.
• Manage OPD/front-desk coordination and patient flow.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff.
• Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient and CRM records.
• Support patient conversion, retention, and clinic revenue targets.
• Follow company SOPs, service standards, and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare daily reports and updates for management.
• Support other clinic activities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; healthcare or management background preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, sales, or front-office roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused and professional attitude.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a clinic environment and follow company SOPs.
• Local candidates or candidates willing to travel between assigned clinics preferred.
