Job Description

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships:CREs are responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Addressing Customer Needs:They identify and address customer needs, concerns, and complaints, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Providing Support:CREs provide ongoing support to customers, including answering inquiries, processing orders, and managing accounts.
  • Generating Leads:They may also be involved in generating new business leads by identifying potential customers and opportunities.
  • Gathering Feedback:CREs collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure the company's services meet customer expectations.
  • Following Up:They follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
  • Working with other teams:CREs often collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to achieve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
