Description

We are seeking a skilled Crane Electrician - Level A to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and repair, specifically in the context of cranes and heavy machinery. The role involves troubleshooting electrical systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring safe and efficient crane operations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in cranes and hoisting equipment.
Diagnose electrical faults and troubleshoot issues in crane operations.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on crane electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while working on electrical systems.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize crane performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work conducted.

Skills and Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in electrical maintenance or repair, preferably in heavy machinery or crane operations.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and control circuits.
Ability to use electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to electrical work in industrial settings.
Relevant certifications in electrical systems or crane operations (e.g., NCCER, OSHA) are a plus.
