You will be expected to stay updated on US GAAP and GAAS standards, manage project timelines efficiently, and mentor junior staff to guide their professional growth. Your role will involve fostering positive client relationships through effective communication and service delivery, as well as maintaining compliance with firm and departmental policies. You will be required to have a CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification, along with strong communication skills and industry experience in various sectors. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with audit tools like CaseWare, CaseView, or IDEA. This position is based in Ahmedabad or Hyderabad, with a shift time from 10:30 AM IST to 7:30 PM IST.
