Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CPC Trainer with 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in medical coding and training. The ideal candidate will be CPC certified and possess strong knowledge of ICD‑10, CPT, and HCPCS. You will be responsible for delivering both classroom and online training sessions, preparing students for CPC certification and real-world coding scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training modules on CPC domains, coding guidelines (ICD‑10-CM, CPT, HCPCS), and certification exam prep
• Conduct mock tests and review assessments to track learning outcomes
• Mentoring, answer questions, and guide through coding exercises and interviews
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and real‑world case studies
• Provide regular feedback and recommend curriculum improvements based on performance
• Stay current with changes in coding regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in medical coding and/or as a trainer
• CPC certification (AAPC) is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in ICD‑10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in classroom or online training is preferred
• Passion for teaching and mentoring new coders

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹2,40,000 – ₹4,80,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
