Job Description

As a CPC Specialist at Luxoft's Candidate Processing Center (CPC) team, your main responsibility is to oversee the administrative processing activities of pre-selected internal candidates. You will play a crucial role in organizing and managing the candidate processing journey from CV Review to Client interview, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Schedule and coordinate various events such as Technical Interviews, PM CV Reviews, Client Interviews, and other related activities. - Manage logistics and communications for each step of the process with an average workload of 40 candidates and over 100 events per month. - Work closely with Mobility Hub Managers to keep them informed of all scheduled, rescheduled, and canceled events, as well as any feedback or updates from Hiring Managers. - Build strong relationships with candidates, interviewers, and stakeholders to provide necessary information, organize interviews, and ensure a positive experience for all involved. - Engage with candidates, Hiring Managers, and Account Managers using your communication skills to handle feedback, send reminders for overdue tasks, and moderate comments effectively. - Utilize problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment to excel in the role. - Excellent English language skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools. - Prior experience in HR/Recruitment or administrative roles. - Experience in a large organizational setup with a branch structure would be advantageous.
