Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and offer solutions. Order Processing: Take orders, process payments (cash, card, etc.), and manage transactions efficiently. Sales & Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and upsell/cross-sell products. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock products, and maintain a clean and organized sales counter. Sales Targets: Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions. Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
