Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, assess their needs for occasions like weddings or gifts, and recommend suitable pieces with details on purity, carat, and design
Handle sales transactions via POS, process payments accurately, manage returns, and upsell accessories or care plans while ensuring GST compliance.
Organize displays to highlight jewelry, perform inventory checks, maintain cleanliness, and report stock levels daily
