Counsellor/Psychotherapist Cum Educator

Counselling Duties:

• Offer individual and group counselling to students to address emotional, psychological, and social challenges.
• Identify at-risk students and provide appropriate support or referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality while documenting key observations and progress.
• Facilitate workshops or awareness sessions on mental health, hygiene, stress management, self-esteem, etc.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure holistic support for each child.

Tutoring Duties:

• Provide academic support in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, or local language, based on student needs.
• Develop and implement remedial teaching strategies tailored to individual learning styles and abilities.
• Conduct regular assessments and track student progress.
• Prepare students for school examinations and improve their study habits.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in all sessions.

Pay: ₹9,449.14 - ₹16,000.00 per month
