Job Description:

We are hiring Voice Process Executives to join a leading BPO organization in Mohali . This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and looking to grow in the BPO sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
• Skills:
• Excellent communication in English (Verbal & Written)
• Basic understanding of the BPO/Call Center environment
• Must be open to rotational night shifts

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹20,100 CTC + ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance
• Working Days: 5 Days/Week
• Cab Facility: Provided (Optional with ₹1,200 deduction)
• Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
