About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Executive to join our team in the interior design and turnkey contracting sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting project teams in achieving cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil and interior projects.
• Review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to identify potential costs, materials, and scope.
• Conduct take-offs and quantity surveys to determine project material and labor requirements.
• Analyze project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions to control and reduce expenses.
• Assist project managers in monitoring project progress, costs, and schedules to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Ensure billing, cost reports, and estimates are consistent with project milestones and contractual timelines.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost database for reference in future projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and the procurement team to ensure accurate pricing and timely material availability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in planning, estimation, or costing within the construction or interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
