Backed by deep domain experience and relentless execution, we’re solving for everything traditional construction gets wrong — unpredictability, inefficiency, and chaos. We’re now hiring a Founder’s Office - Head of Operations / Project Manager — someone who thrives in chaos, builds from scratch, thinks in first principles, and can scale execution from zero to one and beyond. What You’ll Own Lead on-ground execution across projects — from first drawings to final handover Manage cross-functional coordination: contractors, site engineers, QS, vendors, internal teams Work with precision: planning, budgeting, scheduling, quantity estimation, cost tracking Own GC onboarding, labour management, and all site ops Define and implement SOPs and playbooks for scale Build systems, not just solve problems — set up repeatable execution frameworks Roll up your sleeves: lead by doing, especially in early-stage hustle Ensure quality, cost-efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery — always What We’re Looking For 5-10 years of hands-on execution experience in construction, infra, or projects (not just desk roles) Strong analytical mindset — excel clear with numbers, no fluff Comfort with ambiguity — knows how to figure things out from first principles Past experience in managing contractors, labour, and vendors — real on-ground experience Background in QS, estimation, project planning is a big plus Excellent attention to detail and relentless bias for action Hands-on, resourceful, and thrives in chaos — early-stage energy is a must Strong creative thinking and process mindset — build, don’t just run Degree from a Tier-1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent) is preferred Why This Role Matters You won’t just be an Ops Head — you’ll be the core builder of how we bring ELFA to life on the ground.
