In less than a year, we’ve built a community of high-net-worth Indians, Indian expats across the world, and conscious founders who trust us with their personal growth. Over the next three years, we’re expanding across India and the Indo-Pacific region with programs, digital products, workshops, and retreats designed to bring conscious, introspective work to a global audience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves writing, understands people, and thrives in a conscious, growth-focused environment. Role Description Create clear, compelling written content across multiple channels (social media, email, WhatsApp, website) Develop content ideas, angles, and hooks based on brand direction and founder discussions Manage and nurture the WhatsApp community with weekly content and authentic engagement Support onboarded customers through WhatsApp, email, and occasional calls Maintain internal systems such as Notion, trackers, deliverables, and marketing operations Coordinate with creative freelancers, editors, and performance marketing partners Participate in weekly content discussions with founders and convert ideas into execution Support B2B outreach and communication when required Bring proactive suggestions to improve content experience, customer experience, and community engagement Stay updated on market trends and recommend new content formats and angles This is a role where you dig deep, execute with precision, and bring ideas from your own experience as you grow with the brand. Qualifications Strong command over english and content across formats (social media, email, website, community communication) Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, relatable content (pre-gpt level quality is expected) Familiarity with LinkedIn & Instagram content styles Comfort in speaking with customers and addressing queries with clarity and warmth Basic Canva skills for simple creatives Strong detail orientation in writing and internal operations Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and stay organised Understanding of marketing funnels, user journeys, or content-led growth is a plus Behavioural Fit You’ll be a great fit if you: are high-agency and take ownership without waiting for reminders communicate clearly, quickly, and kindly enjoy working closely with founders in a personal-growth focused environment genuinely care about helping people and creating meaningful experiences take pride in producing high-quality content consistently stay organised and honour commitments are open to feedback and quick iteration enjoy structure but can also think creatively bring energy, initiative, and reliability into your work
