Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or relationship management within the non-profit or corporate sector. Strong commitment to social causes, especially in waste management. Experience in grant-making, impact investing, or venture philanthropy models. Ability to lead partnerships, manage legal agreements, and attend fundraising events. Experience working closely with public sector organizations is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes. Strong leadership, project management, and supervisory skills. Knowledge of social issues/ waste management in India and government support schemes is preferred. Service-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
