About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound inquiries and leads from our marketing channels. 2. Engage with potential clients through phone and follow-up communications. 3. Schedule and coordinate site visits. 4. Be present at the project site every Saturday and Sunday, irrespective of client visits. 5. Accompany clients during site visits (both weekdays and weekends). 6. Create property listings and promotional content for various online platforms. 7. Provide end-to-end assistance to clients until deal closure.
