Corporate Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager with experience in B2B, Corporate, SME, or MSME financial product sales. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, understanding their funding requirements, and offering suitable working capital and business finance solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong market connections, excellent client acquisition skills, and experience in selling business loans, working capital finance, CC/OD, and other corporate lending products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate, SME, and MSME clients through direct sales, market visits, referrals, and professional networks.
• Understand clients' business and funding requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
• Generate business for working capital finance, business loans, and other corporate lending solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to documentation, sanction, and disbursement coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, corporate clients, CAs, financial consultants, DSAs, and other channel partners.
• Source proposals for Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL), and secured and unsecured business loans.
• Generate business for CGTMSE-backed funding, wherever applicable.
• Identify opportunities for project finance, capital expenditure (Capex) finance, and other business funding requirements.
• Source Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) business.
• Identify loan takeover, balance transfer, and working capital enhancement opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business acquisition and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3–8 years of experience in Corporate, SME, MSME, or Business Finance Sales.
• Proven experience in B2B client acquisition and business development.
• Experience in selling financial products to business owners, SMEs, MSMEs, or corporate customers.
• Good understanding of working capital finance and business lending products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads through personal networks, references, and market connections.
• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and target-driven responsibilities.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates currently or previously working with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, or business finance organisations in SME/MSME lending, corporate lending, or working capital sales are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
