Key responsibilities

The team

You will be joining the Lending Operations and Servicing team focused on delivering end-to-end loan lifecycle support through accurate transaction processing, effective coordination, robust controls, and strong operational governance. The role focuses on operational excellence by enhancing process efficiency, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll provide team leadership through coaching, performance development, resource planning, workload prioritization, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, while ensuring service delivery standards and client expectations are met. You will partner across Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Front Office, Client Advisory, Finance, Product Control, Operations and Technology to strengthen controls, resolve exceptions, and deliver change initiatives.

Your skills and experience

• atleast 10yrs of experience with strong knowledge of credit products and the end-to-end loan lifecycle within loans / syndicated lending operations or services
• proven experience with Loan IQ in a loans / syndicated lending operations or loan servicing environment
• strong payments knowledge in handling SWIFT and ISO 20022 PACS.008 and PACS.009 message types
• experience handling bilateral and participation deals across the loan lifecycle
• proven track record of managing exceptions, reconciliations, and issue resolution with strong attention to detail
• experience tracking and managing KRIs/KPIs and using insights to drive process improvements
• solid grounding in operational risk awareness, including documenting actions and maintaining evidence for controls
• team management experience, including leading or developing analysts
• a curious, accountable and proactive mindset, with an interest in leveraging AI responsibly and the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement
