Job Title: Core Recruiter – SarvaLinks

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Core Recruiter to onboard companies onto our AI-powered recruitment platform, SarvaLinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily calls to companies and onboard employers.
  • Understand bulk hiring and regular recruitment requirements.
  • Build relationships with HR managers and hiring teams.
  • Source candidates, coordinate interviews, and support recruitment.
  • Achieve daily employer onboarding and hiring targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, telecalling, or B2B sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Goal: Build a strong employer network and support SarvaLinks' growth across India.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
