Core Java Software Developer

As a Core Java Software Developer at our company, your role will involve creating solutions based on provided requirements and modifying/maintaining the existing platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Learning and developing a deep understanding of the overall platform/application. - Providing technical supervision to the team for all assigned tasks. - Giving input and reviewing design-related decisions. - Enforcing Code Quality Checks and Control. - Establishing project schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and conducting technical reviews of assigned projects. - Ensuring that organization standards are followed throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver expected quality. - Studying and developing a good understanding of the functional aspects of the application. - Learning and understanding technical and functional architecture to guide the team in daily tasks. - Guiding the team on design and development activities. - Programming hands-on for development, maintenance, and enhancements of new and existing systems/platform. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Software Developer. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with SDLC in a test-driven environment. - Domain knowledge in Investment Banking/Wealth Management would be an added advantage.
