Job Description

You are a sharp, conversion-focused Meta Ads Scriptwriter responsible for developing high-performing scripts for Facebook & Instagram ads. Your understanding of direct-response marketing, emotional hooks, and consumer psychology will be crucial in turning product features into compelling 20-60 second video scripts that stop the scroll and drive action. - Write short-form video scripts (20-60 sec) for Meta Ads in various industries like E-commerce, Skincare, Real Estate, Fashion, Fitness, Healthcare, etc. - Develop TOFU, MOFU & BOFU script variations aligned with funnel strategy. - Collaborate with media buyers & creative strategists to understand audience personas, pain points, objections, value propositions, and offer/CTA. - Create multiple iterations & hooks for A/B testing purposes. - Adapt scripts for different creative formats such as UGC videos, Founder-led videos, POV shots, Testimonial ads, Voiceover + B-roll ads, Demo/Before-After/Unboxing. - Maintain brand voice while ensuring ad-platform compliance. - Analyze performance feedback & continuously improve scripts for higher CTR, CPL, and ROAS. Requirements: - Proven experience in writing scripts for Facebook & Instagram ads. - Strong understanding of direct response copywriting and digital consumer behavior. - Ability to craft punchy hooks, value-driven messaging, and clear CTA frameworks. - Experience working with UGC creators/production teams/editors is a plus. - Capable of working on tight deadlines and delivering multiple iterations quickly. - Mandatory portfolio/samples of past high-performing ads. Success Criteria: - Scripts should generate strong thumb-stop rate and hook retention in the first 3 seconds. - Creatives driven by your scripts should deliver higher conversion & lower CPA/CPL. - Continuous improvement through iteration & performance learning. You will work with Performance Marketers/Media Buyers, Designers & Video Editors, and UGC Creators & Production Team. **How to Apply:** Share your portfolio/ad script samples and 2-3 Meta ads that performed well (if available).
