Copywriter Intern- Performance Marketing

As a Copywriter at our company located in Noida Sector 2, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling ad copies for various marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing ad copies for marketing campaigns such as static, video, carousels, etc. - Crafting headlines, descriptions, & scripts that instantly capture attention within 1-3 seconds. - Collaborating with design/video teams to ensure that the copy aligns with the creative direction. - Conducting A/B testing on copies and making iterations based on performance data. - Translating creative briefs & product USPs into clear and quirky content. - Analyzing ad metrics to adjust copy strategies for improving ROAS and CTR. To excel in this role, you must possess the following must-have skills: - A quirky & punchy writing style that is quick, memorable, and emotionally resonant. - Succinct writing ability to convey more with fewer words. - Openness to experimentation, willingness to test, fail, learn, and iterate quickly. - Strong understanding of buyer psychology and marketing funnels. - Ability to collaborate effectively with performance marketing and creative teams. - Knowledge of A/B testing and how copy impacts ad performance. Preferred qualifications for this position include: - 0 - 1 year of experience in copywriting, advertising, or digital content. - Previous experience in writing content for brands or paid social campaigns. - Knowledge of SEO is a plus but not mandatory. - Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Google Sheets. Additionally, it would be nice to have the following skills: - Basic scripting abilities for video ads and reels. - Basic math & analytical skills to understand metrics like ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc. - Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc. - Experience working with performance creative agencies. - Understanding of audience segmentation and tone personalization. This is a full-time position with a duration of 6 months, with the potential for a PPO. The working hours are from 2 pm to 10 pm in UK Shift, Monday to Friday. This role is based in Noida Sector 2 and requires in-person work.,
