Providing guidance and support to students or employees participating in sports, NCC, and NSS programs will be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to promote a culture of sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among participants and assist in the development and implementation of policies and guidelines related to sports, NCC, and NSS activities. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of physical education, sports management, and youth development will be necessary for this role. Skills required for this position include previous experience in coordinating sports, NCC, or NSS activities, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of sports administration, event management, and coaching techniques, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and a graduation degree.
