You will report to the Associate Director, Insights. This role is based in Bengaluru, India. We are open to full-time or flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities Develop and run Boolean queries using licensed social media platforms. Review and analyze data outputs, tagging and categorizing conversations for relevance and context. Understand client objectives and deliver compelling qualitative and quantitative insights that address their business needs. Communicate findings in clear, concise, and professional business English through written reports. Support client readouts and assist project managers with query development, analysis design, and reporting frameworks. Consistently meet high client expectations and tight deadlines. Requirements 1. A BSc/BPharma/Biotech or an equivalent undergraduate degree, or comparable practical experience in the health and life sciences domain. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Native-level fluency in English, with a deep understanding of both linguistic and cultural context. 4. Minimum 3 years of experience in social listening, on research and insights projects within healthcare or pharmaceutical domains. 5. Strong digital literacy, with familiarity across social media platforms, including platform-specific language, abbreviations, acronyms, and regional variations. 6. Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research and analytics. 7. Proven expertise (3+ years) in writing complex Boolean queries, building custom dashboards, and executing effective data segmentation. 8. Ability to interpret key pharma stakeholders' language and translate it into meaningful insights. 9. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle, patient journey stages, and key functional areas such as medical affairs, market access, and real-world evidence (RWE). 10.
