Conversational AI Lead or Architect

As a Conversational AI Lead or Architect at Avaamo, you will play a crucial role in analyzing requirements, designing, coding, and implementing Avaamo Conversation AI products. Your responsibilities will include: - Working independently to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions for Avaamo Conversation AI products - Collaborating with IT Managers and Business Groups to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Driving solution implementation using the Conversational design approach - Developing, deploying, and maintaining customized extensions to the Avaamo platform as per customer requirements - Conducting training and technical guidance sessions for partner and customer development teams - Evaluating and correcting reported defects based on priority - Providing close support by traveling onsite to customer locations - Documenting best practices and how-tos for Avaamo product solutions The qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of experience with strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS - Experience in creating and consuming REST APIs and SOAP services - Strong knowledge of Web Technologies and current web trends - Understanding of Security in Web applications and services - Minimum 2 years of experience using NodeJS framework with a good grasp of the underlying architecture - Proficiency in using Git and optionally other version control systems - Experience in deploying web applications on Linux servers in production environments - Familiarity with deployment and CI/CD tools - Excellent communication skills - At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in the current position Good to have skills include: - Full stack experience UI/UX design - Working knowledge of AI, ML, and NLP - Experience in enterprise systems integration like MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, MS Active Directory, etc. - Experience in building Single Sign-On in web/mobile applications - Ability to learn and adapt to the latest technologies and manage small engineering teams Avaamo is a deep-learning software company focused on conversational interfaces to address specific enterprise challenges.
