We are involved in constructing conversational AI models, real-time recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions that significantly impact business outcomes. By merging AI-driven insights with marketing strategies, we empower proactive customer engagement, personalized experiences, and operational efficiencies across diverse touchpoints. As a member of our Data Science team, you will be pivotal in leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to optimize contact center operations and enhance customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and refining Generative AI models to enhance customer interactions, automate responses, and improve self-service capabilities. - Creating and implementing ML models for a variety of use cases, such as intent classification, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics. - Conducting customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to identify patterns, customize recommendations, and drive targeted engagement strategies. - Enhancing conversational AI workflows by refining intent recognition, response generation, and real-time decision-making. - Analyzing extensive customer interaction data to extract actionable insights and enhance business strategies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing platforms effectively.
