Monitor and operate automated conversation systems (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants). Troubleshoot system errors and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary. Analyze and report on user interactions, providing insights into system performance and opportunities for improvement. Ensure all conversations are processed correctly and meet customer service standards. Collaborate with the development team to improve system algorithms and functionality. Train and assist in refining system responses based on customer feedback and system performance. Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on the conversation systems. Provide feedback on customer interaction trends and propose system enhancements.
