In this role, you will collaborate with Business Analysts, Development, and Product Teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of HRMS solutions aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them for the development team. Collaborate with developers to ensure client requirements are met during product development. Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional documentation, and UI guides. Evaluate and analyze business processes through data collection, task analysis, and workshops. Design and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate solutions. Document complex business processes and workflows clearly. Coordinate testing and validation with various business units. Manage and respond to daily change requests to maintain project timelines. Draft clear user stories, business requirement documents, and solution outlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of HRMS systems and HR operations (PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, developers, and product teams. Proficient in MS Excel (including formulas related to HR processes), Word, and Outlook. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with various user personas across departments. Detail-oriented with experience in drafting functional documents and test cases. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any relevant field from a recognized institution. Masters degree in Human Resources or a related specialization is a plus.
