Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Controller (CA/CMA/Inter) with 8-10 years of experience to join our finance team. Primary responsibility of this role is overseeing financial analysis, margin management, forecasting, and cost control within our manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Margin & Cost Analysis: Analyze and optimize product margins, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of P&L forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring precision and alignment with company strategy.
• Cost Control: Monitor costs versus standards and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and balance sheet reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• CA/CMA/Inter (Completed or pursuing)
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or the automobile industry.
• Strong understanding of costing methods, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP,) and Microsoft Excel.
