CONTROL TOWER Manager

As a CONTROL TOWER MANAGER - Operations at India's Fastest Growing Q Commence Company, you are expected to have a minimum of 3+ years of experience and will be based in Bangalore. Your technical skills should include expertise in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages such as R and Python. Additionally, experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, and Google Data Studio will be considered a plus. In this role, you will collaborate with customer support teams to enhance the customer experience, reduce contacts, and streamline operations for increased efficiency. You will also work closely with tech-product teams to develop sustainable analytical or business products. Your responsibilities will involve modeling data to establish reporting infrastructure and dashboards for business process management and data mining. You will be required to closely collaborate with business and product teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, conducting quantitative analysis to derive actionable insights, promoting data-driven decision-making processes among stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities through data analysis, and encouraging innovative solutions to business problems within your team will be part of your duties.,
