Contract Drafting / Corporate Lawyer

Job Description: You will be responsible for drafting various corporate contracts such as SPA/SHA/commercial contracts including MOUs, Term Sheets, Share Purchase Agreements, etc. Additionally, you will be drafting documents related to Real Estate like Sale Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, Conveyance, Agreements for Sale, Development Agreement, etc. You will also be handling tasks such as IGR Search, CERSAI Search, and Document Vetting. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience - Fluent in English Please note that this is a full-time position based in Mumbai for a minimum of 12 months.
