As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Network Operation Center (NOC) Analyst (IC1-G2) to join our Service Management Centre department. Based full-time in our Hyderabad, India office, the successful individual will join a support organization currently spread across Europe, North America & Asia, working in a follow-the-sun support model. Working under the direction of a local manager, as an Network Operation Center (NOC) Analyst your responsibility will be to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve critical support cases raised by the Continent 8 customer base. The Role As a Network Operation Center (NOC) Analyst, working in our Service Management Centre, you will be responsible for: Daily operational support and maintenance of all Continent 8 infrastructure. Monitoring of system availability and performance to minimize downtime and optimize customer services. Supporting customer's requirements targeting a 99.9% continuous service level. Troubleshooting any network related issues and perform root cause analysis. Collaborating with level 3 technical teams supporting DC Hosting, Cloud and Network services. Participation in technology projects across DC, network, cloud domains. The creation and maintaining support & operational documentation. Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required A minimum of 5-10 years of experience working within a network operations & support environment. Strong customer service orientation is a must. Experience in IP service management such as change and incident Management. Knowledge of some of the following technologies: Cisco Meraki, ASA firewall, Juniper hardware, VMWare solutions, Nutanix hardware, MS enterprise suite etc. Familiar with Network monitoring and resource management Tools (Cacti, MRTG, SolarWinds etc.). Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong technical and problem resolution skills with the ability to work under pressure. Experience monitoring large international networks while working within a global business with multiple locations is advantageous. ITIL, CCNA, JNCIA, VCA, Microsoft certification is desirable. As part of our continued expansion, we are on the lookout for a Global Payroll Administrator to join our Human Resources team. Based in Hyderabad, the Global Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. This role oversees payroll through various platforms and partner organizations, prepares pay journals for accounting reconciliation, and maintains strong internal controls. The successful candidate will work autonomously while collaborating with HR teams in the United States, Canada, and India. The Role As a Global Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for: Global Payroll Operations: Managing payroll cycles across supported countries, including data collection, validation, approvals, and reporting. Ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and deadlines. Validating gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and adjustments. Vendor & Platform Management: Coordinating with in-country payroll providers and global aggregators. Overseeing integrations between Ceridian Dayforce, TriNet, BambooHR, and finance systems. Ensuring accurate data transfers and resolve discrepancies promptly. Accounting & Reconciliation: Preparing and posting pay journals for accounting reconciliation. Aligning payroll results to GL accounts and cost centers; manage accruals and reversals. Collaborating with Finance on month-end close and variance analysis. Compliance & Audit: Maintaining documented procedures for each jurisdiction. Supporting internal/external audits and statutory inspections. Ensuring adherence to GDPR and other data privacy regulations. Employee Support: Responding to escalated payroll queries with accuracy and confidentiality. Managing off-cycle payments and corrections as needed. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement automation where possible. Stay updated on legislative changes and recommend system updates. Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required Minimum 10 years of payroll experience, including multi-country processing and pay journal preparation. Proven ability to manage external payroll vendors and global platforms. Strong understanding of payroll accounting and compliance requirements. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. Professional certifications (CPP, PCP/CPM, CIPP) preferred. Skills: Expertise in Ceridian Dayforce, TriNet, BambooHR. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Working Hours: Must maintain flexible availability to cover critical payroll deadlines across global time zones, with core collaboration hours between 13:00–17:00 UTC.
