Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Executive Content & Corporate Communications

Location:

  • Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies, including newsletters, employee emailers, and intranet content.
  • Foster seamless inter-department communication through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and drive impactful employee engagement programs.
  • Organize cultural events, team-building activities, and internal campaigns to enhance workplace culture and employee morale.
  • Lead internal brand-building initiatives, strengthening leadership visibility and alignment.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Employer Branding to position the organization as a top workplace.

Content Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies tailored for the Pharmaceutical, Food, Environment, and Electrical & Electronic Testing divisions.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Conceptualize, write, and edit engaging, high-impact content for social media, websites, emailers, and marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with operations and scientific teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance search rankings and increase organic reach.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Marketing Collaterals & Campaign Execution

  • Conceptualize and execute marketing collateral such as videos, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Manage event and exhibition planning, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution.
  • Work closely with business development teams to align marketing materials with sales objectives.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing and internal communication
  • Proficiency in internal communication end-to-end operations, social media management and campaign planning.
  • Excellent in content writing, storytelling, project management and editing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of internal communication planning, digital marketing analytics and performance tracking.

Good to Have

  • Hands-on with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, MailChimp and Semrush.
  • Background in B2B content marketing, corporate communications, and employer branding.
  • Experience with event management, internal communications, and employee engagement.
