Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Writer to develop engaging and compelling content that supports both our digital and client-facing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled at storytelling, research, and copywriting, with the ability to adapt tone and style across diverse formats.


Key Responsibilities

Content Development
Research, write, and edit blogs, articles, and thought leadership pieces on real estate and related industries.
Develop research-driven materials including whitepapers, case studies, and playbooks.
Create compelling video scripts and storyboards to support multimedia campaigns.

Digital Marketing Support
Collaborate with the social media team to produce fresh, engaging, and platform-specific content.
Write impactful copy for social media posts, campaigns, and ad creatives.
Optimize content for SEO and digital performance.

Client-Facing Content
Develop persuasive marketing copy for brochures, hoardings, email campaigns, and other collaterals.
Craft narratives that align with client brand positioning and campaign objectives.

Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to ensure cohesive messaging.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital and offline channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to bring fresh insights into content strategy.


Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (2–4 years) as a content writer, preferably in marketing, advertising, or real estate.
Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across blogs, social media, scripts, and marketing collateral.
Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with strong research skills and attention to detail.
