Content Writer Intern

We are looking for a creative, witty, and trend-smart Content Writer to craft engaging content for our YouTube channel and Instagram platforms. The ideal candidate must understand storytelling, short-form video structure, humour, and trending social media formats.

Key Responsibilities1. Scriptwriting (Primary Responsibility)

• Write high-quality, entertaining, and relatable scripts for YouTube vlogs, reels, short films, prank videos, and challenge-based content.
• Create hook-driven openings, smooth transitions, humour beats, and impactful endings.
• Convert raw ideas into structured scripts, including dialogues, scene breakdowns, and punchlines.

2. Trend & Platform Research

• Stay updated with trending topics, viral formats, Instagram reel trends, YouTube Shorts styles, and adapt them into fresh content ideas.
• Analyse what’s working in similar niches and suggest weekly improvements.

3. Content Ideation

• Brainstorm original concepts, prank ideas, family-based comedy plots, emotional storylines, and educational content (when required).
• Generate monthly content calendars for Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos & Shorts.

4. Caption & Copywriting

• Write funny, savage, emotional, and engaging captions for Instagram posts and reels (Hinglish + English style).
• Create impactful YouTube titles, video descriptions, hashtags, and click-worthy thumbnails ideas.

5. Character-Based Writing

• Write content tailored to the personalities of:
• Rohit
• Shilpa
• Rohan
• Family members
• Ensure dialogues feel authentic, natural, and true to the CrayLyf style.

6. Brand Integrations / Ads

• Write seamless promotional scripts for paid brand integrations (YouTube + Instagram) without making it look like an ad.
• Understand brand briefs and create funny, creative, story-driven ad scripts that fit the CrayLyf format.

7. Storytelling & Engagement

• Build content that is emotionally connecting—funny, relatable, dramatic, or inspirational based on video theme.
• Strengthen engagement with call-to-actions, humor twists, punchlines, and cliffhangers.

8. Multi-Format Writing

• Write for multiple formats including:
• Long-form YouTube videos (8–15 mins)
• YouTube Shorts (15–60 sec)
• Instagram Reels
• Community posts
• Voiceover narration scripts
• Skits, challenges, pranks, and interactive videos

9. Collaboration With Filming & Editing

• Work closely with Rohit and the team to adjust scripts during shooting.
• Share script notes for editors (timings, transitions, music cues, dialogues).

10. Quality Control

• Ensure content tone matches the brand: funny, dramatic, wholesome, Desi, family-friendly.
• Proofread all scripts to avoid errors and maintain consistency.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent command over Hinglish writing—funny, snappy, relatable.
• Good understanding of YouTube & Instagram algorithms.
• Ability to think visually and write for camera.
• Must be highly creative, fast, flexible, and updated with trends.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
